Objectives

You will discover the basics of anatomy, physiology, the bodybuilding platform will no longer hold any secrets for you, we will also discuss complementary tools, this is the initiation to personal training as you have never seen it.

During the training, the following topics will be covered:

  • functional anatomy
  • the physiology of effort

Program

The training is spread over a period of 8 weeks (2 months) and includes 6 days of classes during which theory and practice alternate. The days of training are planned so that each participant has enough time to integrate the theory and put it into practice.

Practical information

Internship

You will have to complete a total of 80 hours of internship to be distributed as follows:
  • 70 hours of observation training in the industry under the supervision of a certified Personal Trainer (minimum Level 4) or a state-certified physical trainer;
  • 8 hours of personal training to be documented in writing.
  • 2 hours with an approved DNA Académie Master Trainer for validation of the course (additional costs to be expected).

Review

The training ends with a written and a practical exam.

Written exam

Multiple choice quiz of 100 questions (90 minutes – minimum 80% to take the practical exam).

Practical examination

In preparation for the exam, you are asked to write 01 training program for a fictitious client. During the practice, the examiner will evaluate your programming and coaching according to the Europe Active criteria.

Diploma

On successful completion of the exam, you will receive a “FITNESS INSTRUCTOR” certificate of achievement, giving you access to the EQF level 3 register.
